Transforming a store into an experience
ByMe’s original Shopify site made class bookings feel transactional. The redesign introduced a single, seamless booking flow where users can choose class type, date, and time in one place. With simpler navigation and space for brand partnerships, the site now feels personal, intuitive, and crafted which is a true reflection of ByMe’s ethos.

CORE CHALLENGES
Building a brand with heart and purpose
Beyond fixing the booking flow, the bigger challenge was defining ByMe’s personality. The brand needed to feel warm, inclusive, and human, while also reflecting classes built around connection, creativity. The goal was to capture that emotion online without losing clarity or function.

Crafting emotion through structure
The redesign focused on finding the right balance between design and usability. The goal was to make the site feel simple and natural to move through, without losing the handmade character of the brand. We built a flexible content system, clearer booking flow, and room for partnerships, all tied together through a calm visual style that feels true to ByMe’s tone and community.
